	Advertiser's Terms Of Service: This Agreement is between Very, Inc. ("Very" or "We"), and you, the participant ("You"), and relates to your participation in the Verydistro.com Banner Advertisement Program ("Program"). 1) Very reserves the right to remove any banner and / or terminate Your Program at any time for violation of the Terms Of Service, and solely at Very's discretion. If the Program is cancelled by Very, you will receive a pro-rated refund for any unused portion of the Program. If the Program is cancelled by the participant (You), then no refunds will be given nor implied. 2) You agree not to use any banner that may be deemed as harmful to the Very website. By harmful, we mean any of the following: a) Any banner that may be construed as offensive or lewd to any vistor to our site. You can have fun with your banners, but don't get carried away with explicit language, graphic images, etc. Most of our customers are between the ages 15 and 21, so we don't want to get any parents mad or drive people away. b) Any banner that is excessively sized and uses up too much bandwidth. Please keep banners at a maximum of 50k, so that Your banner and our site loads quickly for the customer. Please make sure all images and files are virus free before uploading. c) All banners are made to link WITHIN the Very site, so by posting Your banner on Verydistro.com, You agree do not promote your products in a different manner or for any other company besides Very with the banners You display on our site. 3) Your Program and password may not be shared and / or sold with anyone else or any other companies. 4) All payments for the Program are to be made in advance. Any other arrangements need to be made on a one time basis. Non-payment of the Program is grounds for immediate removal of any banners and / or cancellation of Your Program. 5) If the Very website is down for any extended period of 24 hours or more, then You are entitled to a pro-rated extension of your Program for the exact amount of time our site is down. 6) The terms and conditions of this Agreement represent the entire understanding between Very and You with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement, and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements express or implied, oral or written, except as herein contained. This Agreement may not be modified or amended other than by an agreement in writing signed by both Very and you. I agree to the terms of service.
